DW Logistics is building a network of dependable delivery professionals for future courier, final-mile delivery, scheduled route, and transportation opportunities.

Amazon Flex drivers, independent couriers, gig-delivery drivers, and other experienced delivery professionals are encouraged to apply.

Comprehensive Logistics Training

DW Companies Group provides comprehensive training for all logistics positions. Our training is designed to help team members understand their responsibilities, use delivery technology properly, handle and organize packages, follow pickup and delivery procedures, maintain professional customer service, and meet company safety and performance standards.

Drivers assigned to our Amazon Hub Partner operations will receive role-specific instruction for picking up Amazon packages from a DW Companies Group–allocated Amazon Hub location and delivering assigned Amazon packages safely, accurately, and professionally. Training may include app procedures, package scanning and loading, route completion, required safety-vest use, delivery documentation, undeliverable-package procedures, and incident reporting.
